Using city water, The WaterFillz™ kiosk provides safe, clean, filtered, mineralized drinking water and is considered very "green" to the environment.

The WaterFillz™ leaves natural minerals and salts in the water while removing odours, chlorine, manganese, copper, lead, mercury, bacteria and cysts.

The WaterFillz™ clean water kiosk is easy to install. It offers a “Plug and Play” simple installation with the only connections being to a water line and to a standard 110 V electrical wall plug.

Designed for Unlimited Filtered Water Supply - Using existing water pressure, the filtration system provides a continuous supply of microbiologically filtered water. Because the system uses chemical free advanced physical barriers and a state of the art Ultra Violet Light; bacteria, viruses and cysts are blocked out, leaving naturally dissolved healthy minerals in the water.

The SafeStar WaterFillz™ kiosk takes treated city water and processes it through four additional steps. These four steps use very little electricity and no chemicals are added. The resulting water is clean, healthy, cool and delicious to the taste.

The Process
The system operates on city water pressure and has no internal moving parts.

Step One:
Incoming city water enters the Sediment Filter, a 50-5 micron pre-filter. (A human hair has a diameter of approximately 50 microns.) The purpose of the pre-filter is to remove any contaminants that may have dislodged from the city water pipes, enroute to your location from the city’s water purification plant many miles away.

It is a known fact that most city water mains are deteriorating rapidly, needing replacement.

Step Two:
Now the mineralized pure water travels to the Activated Charcoal Filter. This filter removes the chlorine that the city added for protection, during distribution through their water mains. It also removes potentially harmful manganese, copper, lead and mercury.

As the water exits this filter, it is not only super pure, but it smells and tastes great, and is full of nature’s natural minerals and salts.

Step Three:
The pure water enters the Refrigeration Unit. This unit is made up of a continuous water line, that travels back and forth within a cold water bath. The water inside the water line never comes in contact with the cold water bath. The pure water in this step is cooled to 5°C (38°F).

Step Four:
The water now travels through the Ultra-Violet Light. This unit, and it’s computer controller, irradicate any micro-organisms that may have slipped by the previous steps of purification.

Although the odds of this happening are extremely low, the WaterFillz™ from SafeStar Products has included this high-tech step as a final “Insurance Policy” to protect your customer’s health and confidence.
